Free PC Game Demos

Hello, I have been writing a script and I’m about 20 pages in and the story is very good. It is an RPG type game. I have been reading various answers and it basically stated that one should make a small demo of the game to present to show off the basic of the game. I am aware that the game demo may not look like a XBOX360 or Playstation 2, Playstation 3,etc game but it will have a general idea of the game will look like and function. Are there any programs/tools that I can download and use to create a small demos so I can present to a developer,publishing,etc? And once I create the demo, how would I proceed in burning it to a CD/DVD? I know a little about programming (I’m more on the hardware technical side…) .Are there any tools I can use to create a demo? Thanks for any input…

You have the ability to switch into the spirit realm and talk to ghost. (there is a quest in the beginning where you have to do a quest for the ghost of a knight who is in the small graveyard at the beginning of the town) It’s a 3D game and the combat is real-time. You enter building by actually running in and around them. (i.e. you don’t just click the door to enter and the next scene puts you in a room)

I remember fighting trees and bears in the forest outside of the town.

I really liked the game and would be happy if I could find it again to purchase and play during my free time.

That’s using 185 mobsters, but I have a mobster group of 318 people. WHy on earth is this happening? I have 318 mobsters but only using 185 of each thing (i have wayy more than 185 of each thing bought and am sick of the upkeep if it is not being used)

yea i have dead rising demo and its not the kind of game where its like an rpg and you get to a certain point and youhave to stop. its a free roaming demo and you can go as far as you want but it only lasts so long. Is there any POSSIBLE way for me to obtain a code or do something to the demo that will let me just continue playing past the runtime??

In game you are controling the Knight and you have quests to accomplish, when you do then you go to next village, but before that you go shoping(you are controling and sorceress too but later)
I remember one quest, villager(or blacksmith) want you to kill the wolves, and when you do and comeback he gives you a sword(a realy good one)
I played demo of this game in 2000 and i dont remember anything else
