RPG Maker XP Problems ?

Everytime I click on it to play it I get the same message.
“This application has failed to start because RGSS102E.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”
Apparently other people are having this same exact problem.

The start menu and it but im not entirely sure of the process.
it matters wher eu downloaded this from… downlaod it from a legit website and dont use a keygen or this problem will kepp on coming
My stuuf once that they sometimes place untracable viruses and trojans.
